Responsibility of integrating 3 Project Management Organisations (OSS, BSS &POI) into 1 and setting up a unified PMO as a portfolio governance board. Reporting KPI’s as ‘TimeToMarket’; ‘On/Off Budget’; ‘Scope realisation’ were defined and monthly reported. Tools used were; Clarity, Excel and APEX-development for standard reporting.
Introduced Agile Methodology. This implied a remastering of all the Demand/Delivery Processes including the processes with external (on & off-shore) partners. Difficulties were lying in the fact that some strategic suppliers continued to work in Waterfall Methodology, others had Sprints of 3 weeks and internal Telenet Development was working in Sprints of 2 weeks. I assisted the Demand & Project Managers team plus the external partners in setting up a new planning approach taking in account this variables. Yearly Capex budget 40Mio€, Escalation responsible for PM’s to onshore and offshore stakeholders.
