Radically transformed Magotteaux’s lacklustre business performance by reorganizing all site levels where operations became competitive and profitable across European markets after five years of considerable financial losses. Untied Magotteaux’s rooted social and human conflict between unions and re-established employee morale with the management team with improved relationships and trust with stakeholders.

  • After its bankruptcy and sale to Remi Claeys with new strategy implementation via TQM-ISO Quality systems (50 mios € turnover after 2 years). Created a family owned business to represent senior management consulting operations. Modernized the Remi Claeys plant two production lines and built new offices to improve internal morale and external brand perception. Plant produced then same volume than with 5 lines: 18,000 tons per year. Restored Kouperman’s profitability after important loss of business leading to a restructuring. Focused on operational excellence and costs control using management improvement tools (Lean and six sigma, Best Practices, WCM, ISO 9000/14000/18000/8000, TQM, HACCP,…)

    Manufacturer of laser processing solutions for the diamond manufacturing industry. Market the latest laser technology and delivered accelerated sales revenues derived from the Asian, North American and European markets. Received the 2004 Trends Gazelle Award for being the fastest growing small company in both Antwerp and Belgium. Provided sales leadership and training to the agent network.
